FAQ

  • Why do some items take longer than others to ship?

Some pieces you see in our shop are already made and ready to ship. Others are made when you order them. Rest assured we will get them to you as quickly as possible. Contact us if you have specific concerns.

  • What if I'm not sure about the size?

If you need more information about an item, please contact us. We are happy to help you choose just the right chain, bracelet, or earring length.

  • What is Rainbow Alloy?

Chains listed as being composed of Rainbow Alloy are made of a colored aluminum alloy. This metal has been created to display a beautiful array of colors. The color will not fade, nor will it tarnish. This material is also lighter weight than silver. Long necklaces, bracelets and earrings will never be too heavy.

  • Will this jewelry tarnish?

The answer depends on the material used. Sterling silver and fine silver will tarnish. There is no way to prevent that, it’s a natural characteristic of the metal. Argentium silver is highly tarnish resistant. It should take many years before it shows signs of tarnish. Rainbow Alloy (aluminum) will not tarnish.

  • Returns

Although we do our best to provide all the information necessary to make the right choice, we understand that sometimes the purchase isn’t what you were looking for. In these cases, items can be returned by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns are only accepted for items that are in new, saleable condition, with the original packaging, including tags.

  • Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
